Serving the communities of Vulcan County including Arrowwood, Carmanagay, Champion, Lomond, Milo, Mossleigh and the Town of Vulcan.

We offer a range of adult literacy and learning opportunities. All programs are delivered by facilitators through group classes, small-group tutoring and one-on-one support to ensure that every learner receives the support they need. Rainbow Literacy and Learning Society can help with Adult Literacy, Numeracy, English Language Learning, Basic Digital Skills and Skills for Learning.

Programs are also available to support families in building strong literacy and parenting foundations.
