Work your way through the e-learning from the beginning. There will be Pilot Check In points where you will be prompted to report on something you have completed or tried (eg. open a link).
There are a number of Timing Check In where you will be asked to report on the amount of time it took you to work through from the start of one section to the Timing Check In point. Each time you answer the Timing Check In you can start your timer for the next Timing Check In.
