e-Learning Overview
Outcomes-based measurement and evaluation helps CALP staff see and show how their programs make a difference for adult learners. It teaches you how to measure and share your impact using the CALP Logic Model, which links your activities to real results for learners and the community.
Through this e-learning, you will build your confidence in collecting, interpreting, and using data to tell the story of your CALP’s impact. You’ll learn to:
- Understand key terms and concepts in outcomes-based measurement
- Apply the CALP Logic Model to link inputs, activities, outputs, and outcomes
- Identify indicators and measures that show learner progress and program success
- Collect data through observation, learner reflections, and interactive conversations
- Organize, analyze, and report outcomes data for the CALP Annual Report
By the end of this e-learning, you’ll have practical tools and templates to measure how CALP programs change lives, and the confidence to use your data to strengthen programs and communicate your impact.
