Are you wondering what to do to help a learner to read? Or what is the best way to teach reading? Wouldn’t it be great if there was a guide to follow that would let you know what the learner needs to work on and what comes next once they have learned it? Good news! There is a guide called Alberta Reading Benchmarks. Bring your lunch and join Rebecca Still, CLN Literacy Specialist, to learn about the different levels of reading and how to use the Alberta Reading Benchmarks as a guide in planning for learning.
