Welcome to the 2nd Early Childhood "Creative Minds" Conference in Valleyview Alberta.

This conference is for parents with children 0-6 and those working with children 0 - 12 years old. Our goal is to reach as many people as possible and therefore have tried to find sessions of interest for the following; Parents, Early Childhood Educators, Preschool Teachers, Day-Home Providers, Out of School Care, Support Staff, Educational Assistants working from K to 3, Inclusive Care Support, Parent Link, Kindergarten Teachers, Family Literacy type Programs, as well as High School or College students looking to work with children. If you work with families or have staff that would benefit from this conference please share with them.

The deadline to register is October 27th and early registrations make planning easier both for the committee and presenters, so please be mindful of the date. We are also very excited to be having Ken Bishop with Friends Forever Puppets come to our conference to provide a keynote, a conference session on puppetry and at 5pm he will be doing a puppet show at the Library for the community. This is a free presentation for children and families at the library, thanks to the sponsorship of Valleyview Royal Purple and Valleyview Friends of the Library.

You can download and print the last page of the registration package to use as a poster to advertise for Friends Forever Puppets and share with families you know. Let’s make sure he has a nice warm welcome from our Families!
