Indigenous Workplace Learning Circles – Online Facilitator Training
Indigenous Workplace Learning Circles (IWLC) helps foundational learners, people new to the workplace, people who may be struggling at work and people returning to work. The program builds on participant’s strengths and incorporates traditional culture and language with employment readiness training to build their confidence and literacy skills. Some of the topics covered in this online facilitator training include:

  • Embedding Skills for Success into everyday activities tailored to learners’ literacy and readiness levels
  • Literacy instructional techniques and cultural facilitation strategies
  • Customizing the IWLC program to suit your community, organization, or company

Date:  October 7th to 9th - 9am to 1pm daily
Cost:  $325 - Includes posted facilitation guide and program materials
Location:  Online via Zoom (functional camera and mic required)
