Intercultural Communication Series Level 2, day 3

In this second level of the Intercultural Communication Series, participants dive deeper into Indigenous history, knowledge and experiences as well as theories of intercultural competency. Participants will explore ways to develop cross cultural leadership tools intended to support a diverse workplace and learning community. Participants will apply the acquired knowledge via case studies, online discussions, and reflective practices.

Module 2: Intersections of Power and Privilege
Module 3: Treaties
Module 4: The Indian Act
Module 5: Assemble Learning
Participants will put together concepts learned to explore a cultural encounter using the models, theories and concepts provided throughout the program. Five sessions, over five weeks.
The level 1 series is a prerequisite for registration.
