ECALA is pleased to host the Alberta Routes Introduction to Intercultural Communications workshop. Participants are invited to reflect on foundational concepts related to culture, including how culture is defined, how it relates to people’s behaviours and values, and how to respond to unfamiliar encounters with mindfulness to foster effective communication and build relationships. This session is a great place to start and will leave you wanting to learn more.
