Literacy & Parenting Skills Facilitator Training: Indigenous & General Approaches
This in-person training combines the ILAPS and LAPS programs, both designed to help parents build foundational learning, literacy, and parenting skills. Facilitators learn strategies for working with adult foundational learners and families, cultural facilitation techniques, and how to adapt ILAPS and LAPS sessions to meet the specific needs of their communities.
Participants receive a Facilitator’s Guide—filled with adaptable lesson plans and activities.
