Join us as Rupa shares information about Mental Health Resources for Newcomers and Refugees. Rupa will also discuss some of the signs and symptoms of trauma, including the phase of Dissociation, which is the most common symptom among refugees. Learn basic relaxation techniques to use with clients in the moment. The discussion continues with the types of Mental Health Stigma that the refugees come with.
