What is the Never-Fail Writing Method?
The Never-Fail Writing Method is based in the belief that failure doesn’t teach. It is a learner-centred model for providing feedback to learners about their writing that explains what was done right and what makes it right.
The Never-Fail Writing Method e-learning is built from the work of long-time literacy advocate, Kate Nonesuch. Kate has helped shape the adult literacy practices in Canada with her learner-centred, trauma-informed, critical literacy approaches to learning. She brings her wisdom and expertise to us through this e-learning.

What people are saying
“... a great learning experience that gave me a better understanding of how adults learn and how we as practitioners can create a safe space for adult learners to experiment and practice writing.” (pilot participant)
"It was easy to follow, There were LOTS of examples of learner writing as well as practitioner feedback. Good information about the skills one learns through this method and how to teach those skills separately." (pilot participant)
"Allowed me to do it in my own time. No true deadline. I could spend the time I needed where I needed." (pilot participant)
