Workshop Description:
In this workshop we will look at assessments and their appropriateness to taxonomic levels. We will then begin to focus on rubrics and the learning theories behind them. Once we have a sound understanding of rubrics as an assessment tool, we will start to create peer review and peer assessment criteria and finish with working examples of peer-to-peer and participatory assessment instruments.
