You are invited to join us for our Regional Meeting. The meeting will be a great opportunity for Community Adult Learning Programs and our system partners and stakeholders to come together for collaborative learning, professional development and networking in our Region.

The CLN will reimburse eligible attendees from CALP-funded organizations for their travel and other related expenses incurred when attending regional meetings in the Spring 2018.
Travel/Mileage
Each CALP may claim reimbursement for one vehicle at the rate of 50.5 cents/km. (Receipts are not required.)
Meals
Lunch, snacks and refreshments will be provided at each CLN coordinated event. If you are traveling greater than 200 km, you may also be eligible for reimbursement of other meals. Please contact your Regional Support Staff for information.
Accommodation
CALP Staff traveling more than 200 km (one way) may also be reimbursed for accommodation. The number of hotel rooms eligible for reimbursement is based on two people per room. Receipts must be submitted. Please contact your Regional Support Staff for information.
If you choose to stay with friends or family you may claim $25/night in lieu of hotel costs.
