Note: We will be hosting two Regional Meetings in the West-Central Region. If you are outside the greater Edmonton area, please do NOT register for this meeting. You can register to attend the Rural West-Central meeting in Drayton Valley (April 17th). If you are unsure which meeting you should attend, please contact Rebecca.

The CLN will reimburse eligible attendees from CALP-funded organizations for their travel and other related expenses incurred when attending regional meetings in the Spring 2018.

Travel/Mileage

Each CALP may claim reimbursement for one vehicle at the rate of 50.5 cents/km. (Receipts are not required.)

Meals

Lunch, snacks and refreshments will be provided at each CLN coordinated event. If you are traveling greater than 200 km, you may also be eligible for reimbursement of other meals. Please contact your Regional Support Staff for information.

Accommodation

Reasonable hotel costs for shared accommodation, to a maximum of two hotel rooms per CALP, will be reimbursed when the distance travelled is greater than 200 km (one way). Receipts must be submitted. Your Regional Support Staff may recommend a hotel with a preferred rate. Accommodation pre-approval is required. Please contact your Regional Support Staff for information.

If you choose to stay with friends or family you may claim $25/night in lieu of hotel costs.
