Save the Date! Northern Regional Meeting

You are invited to join us for our Regional Meeting. The meeting will be a great opportunity for Community Adult Learning Programs and our system partners and stakeholders to come together for collaborative learning, professional development and networking in our Region.

A detailed agenda will be emailed to all attendees in advance of the meeting.

The CLN will reimburse eligible attendees from CALP-funded organizations for their travel and other related expenses incurred when attending regional meetings and the face-to-face CALP Portal training in Spring 2016.

Travel/Mileage

Each CALP may claim reimbursement for one vehicle at the rate of 50.5 cents/km. (Receipts are not required.)

Meals

Lunch, snacks and refreshments will be provided at each CLN coordinated event. If you are traveling greater than 200km, you may also be eligible for reimbursement of other meals. Please contact your Regional Support Staff for information.

Accommodation

Reasonable hotel costs for shared accommodation, to a maximum of two hotel rooms per CALP, will be reimbursed when the distance travelled is greater than 200 km (one way). Receipts must be submitted. Your Regional Support Staff may recommend a hotel with a preferred rate. Accommodation pre-approval is required. Please contact your Regional Support Staff for information.

If you choose to stay with friends or family you may claim $25/night in lieu of hotel costs.
