We at Rural Routes have seen a need for support in the area of starting or coming into an already existing EAL program, and we have a workshop for that! We’ve decide to host this webinar soon in order to provide you with the support that you need.

This workshop guides participants through the essential steps to successfully setting up an English language program for adult learners in a community setting. In addition to gaining a foundation in EAL (English as an Additional Language) programming principles and best practices, participants will explore needs assessments, program and curriculum development, resource identification, staff and volunteer selection and professional development. This workshop is for those starting up an EAL program or for new coordinators in existing programs.
