Completion Requirements, Cancellation, and Supports

Completion Requirements

Attendance at all of the Zoom sessions and completion of all assignments is required to receive a certificate. Expect to spend up to 2.5 hours per week to complete these requirements.

The facilitators are available throughout this training to guide you and answer any questions, please feel free to reach out any time. You will find their contact information in the Welcome post on the CALP Portal.

Cancellation & Refund Guideline/Procedure

If you are unable to attend this training, you must notify Community Learning Network via email of all cancellations prior to the first day of the training. Non-attendance does not constitute notice of withdrawal. If Notice of Cancellation is given 7 or more days before the first day of training you can transfer registration to someone else in your organization. If Notice of Cancellation is given fewer than 7 days before the first day of training, The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. Registration fees are non-refundable.
