Description:
The Medicine Wheel teaches us about Indigenous philosophies to live in balance and harmony. Elder Leona Carter will share with us the Medicine Wheel Teaching, which includes the:

  • four directions,
  • cycles of life,
  • seasons,
  • main medicines,
  • elements and more.

The Medicine Wheel is a foundation to health and well-being
