Wellness Lunch and Learn Series: Exploring Wellness

Wellness Lunch & Learn Series:

Make well-being your priority this year. Join us on your lunch break for a conversation about prioritizing your needs as we explore wellness.  Based on concepts from Psychological First Aid and using Hobfoll’s five elements (Safety, Calm, Connectedness, Efficacy and Hope) we will further discuss how to better care for ourselves and others.

November Session: Exploring Wellness
I am sure that we all agree that wellness is extremely important. However, what is wellness? What does wellness mean to you? What does wellness look like? How does wellness feel? What can we do to improve our wellness? So many questions to explore.

Bring your lunch and, while we eat, we will explore these questions together.

Date: Tuesday November 4, 2025
Time: 12:05 - 12:55 pm

A Zoom link will be sent to registered participants a few days prior to the event.
