Workplace Learning Circles (WLC) Train the Facilitator Training
During this 1 day training you will learn how to facilitate a Workplace Learning Circle. Build your group facilitation skills and learn more about how to build essential skills that are required in the workplace. The Workplace Learning Circle method approaches essential skills training at an introductory level ensuring that it is available to and beneficial for learners regardless of their literacy level. Through the holistic approach of the “Learning Circle”, learners from all different backgrounds and literacy levels are brought together to share their ideas and skills, and create new knowledge. As a practitioner you explore the skills required in the workplace and learn how to help your clients develop the skills needed for them to succeed! All program material is easily adapted to meet the needs of learners from a wide variety of jobs and workplaces.
