Men are doing more housework
In Canada, men are doing more housework. About 69 per cent of men do some housework every day.
In 1986, men did 2.1 hours of housework a day. In 2005, they did 2.5 hours.
Here are some things that men do around the house:
- prepare lunches and meals
- vacuum
- take out the garbage
- wash dishes
- take care of children
- do laundry
