Ravi lives in Edmonton. He has a hobby. He makes pottery.
Ravi uses clay. He uses his hands and simple tools.
Ravi makes a cup
Ravi makes a cup out of clay.
- He makes the sides and the bottom of the cup.
The cup looks like a lion.
- Ravi makes the handle. It is the lion's tail.
- He makes the lion's face. He puts it on the cup.
Ravi finishes the cup.
- He puts the cup in a kiln. The kiln is an oven. It gets very hot.
- He brushes glaze on the cup. He puts the cup in the kiln again.
The cup is done.
