Navigation

Navigation refers to moving around on a device. This might be clicking or tapping buttons and menus, or using simple figure gestures to open features or go to different parts of an app or website.

In order to know how to use digital devices to get the tasks done that we need to, it is essential to understand the actions and symbols involved as these can help us in problem solving to reach our goals.

Sometimes there are multiple ways to accomplish a task, so by growing in our confidence to navigate a digital device we have more options to work with.
