Coach: Della Massey is the West Regional Support Staff. Prior to joining the CLN team, Della was a volunteer coordinator and had the privilege of meeting and learning from several hundred volunteer tutors. Della has co-designed CLN’s Volunteer Tutor Masterclass and is passionate about the value that volunteering brings to oneself, the adult learner, the organization, and the community.
