Alison is a training institute out of France that claims to host extensive content on varying subject, including IT, and Computer Basics. They offer a certificate after completion of module type lessons and tests. Though the certificate may not have as much worth, for the price, it might be a way for a student to work on skills, and/or English surrounding those skills.
Note: Alison is not accredited, and should be viewed as general interest or supplementary materials.
