The short communication scenarios (or critical incidents) are based on authentic challenges in intercultural communication from Alberta professional and industrial workplace contexts. Each incident showcases a particular cross-cultural encounter where the participants are communicating and working across, often, vastly different value sets.

This resource includes a series of videos and an activity guide for faciltators.
