Topics include Technology, Applied Digital Skills, Skills for Everyday Life and Career (like "adapting to change" and "decision-making").
Each module is stand alone, and focuses on one individual skill. They can be grouped together to form a cours plan, or used individually.
The site also offers Teaching Tips, Teacher Curriculum Guides and additional resources.
