Coach: Tanis Harms is passionate about effective communication. Her own journey began in a place of fear and discomfort and has led her to discover simple strategies anyone can learn to be confident in conversing, presenting, and planning intentional interactions with others. Her experiences as a college representative, presenting to large groups, as well as teaching in College and nonprofit learning settings has helped grow her own skills, and equips her in coaching and mentoring others.
