EAL Practitioners Study Group on the Canadian Language Benchmarks (4 of 4)

Would you like to increase your understanding of the Canadian Language Benchmarks and learn how the CLB can support your teaching? Would you like to connect with other EAL instructors and tutors? Join the Alberta Routes advisors in this interactive online study group! Over four sessions, you will have an opportunity to gather information, ideas and strategies for your own teaching contexts. The sessions will be learner-oriented and designed to meet the communication and content needs of the particular groups of learners that you are working with.
Week 1: Overview of the CLB
Week 2: Using the CLB to plan instruction
Week 3: Using the CLB to plan assessment
Week 4: Understanding of CLB proficiency levels
