We invite you to join us for a whole day of learning, reflecting, sharing, and networking on valuable topics for community adult education! English language tutors, instructors, and program managers are invited to join our Alberta Routes team and our host, Lifelong Learning Council of Red Deer:
Session topics include:
- Anti-Racism in our EAL Teaching Practice
- Trauma-Informed Teaching Practices
- Indigenous Awareness and the EAL Classroom
We’ll also make time for lunch, a mindfulness activity, and a talking circle to nourish our body, mind and spirit.
