Many Ukrainian immigrants came to Alberta in the early 1900s. Learn about their lives at the Ukrainian Village.
You can see farmhouses and other old buildings. Workers and volunteers wear costumes.
V. Vulcan

- The show is science fiction. The characters travel through space. They travel to other planets.
- Leonard Nimoy is an actor. He played "Spock" on Star Trek. Spock is from a planet called Vulcan.
W. Writing-On-Stone
Writing-On-Stone is a provincial park. The area has been important to Aboriginal people for thousands of years.
The park has very old rock art. You can see the art on a guided tour.

Y. Yellowhead Highway (Highway 16)
The Yellowhead is a long highway in Canada. It goes east and west. It goes across British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba.
Z. Zama City
Most people in Zama City work in the oil and gas industry. About 300 people live there year-round. About 4,000 workers live there part of the year. People like to hunt and fish in the area.
