Identifying the “Parts of a Window” is fundamental and transferable. Training our eye to “read” a window and identify the parts establishes visual control and reduces the “too much information” overload.

- Title Bar: location title and window buttons
- Menu System: actions “commands”
- Address Bar: location and navigation
- Panes: navigation
