Download the Free Symposium2019 App!

We are super excited to announce the NEW* Custom Branded App: Symposium2019.App

Download our new free event app, which provides all the information, activities and entertainment that you as an attendee needs for a great event experience. Our customized app has agendas, personal schedules, maps, tips and session feedback forms.

On your device:

  1. Search for the “Symposium2019” app in your respective app store (Apple OR Google Play store).
  2. Download the app. You will need to know your email (the email you used to register with) and create a password.

Everyone who downloads the App will be entered in a draw for an Apple iPad!

Attendee Survival Guide

To help you get the most out of your time at Symposium, take a look at the Attendee Survival Guide. LLS2019 logo - Learn, Connect, Contribute

This year, the theme for the event is “Learn, Connect, Contribute”. We know that in your professional and personal lives your need to learn is never ending, the importance to connect with others is imperative, and your contributions to your communities and beyond is extensive. 

Throughout the Symposium, if you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to come to the Registration and Information desk, or talk to any CLN Staff or Board member.

Double Check your Symposium Agenda

If you can't remember what sessions you registered for or just want to see your personal agenda, login to your Portal Account and click on the following:

  1. Symposium (tab at the top)
  2. My Agenda (left hand side)

If you have special dietary needs, please double check to make sure they are listed. Please also update your agenda if you have any changes to the days you are attending.

To access your registration form you can login to your CALP Portal account and click on the following:

Training and Events (tab at the top) – My Schedule (on the left hand side) – Literacy and Learning Symposium 2019 – then click on the “Registered” button:

From there, click on the link to the “Symposium Registration Form” and then make any changes and make sure to scroll down and click “Submit” and a revised agenda will be sent to you by email.

Bursaries for CALP-funded Board Members Still Available!

This year, CLN is offering a limited number of bursaries for Board Members of CALP-funded programs or organizations to attend the Literacy & Learning Symposium 2019. The Board Bursary includes:

Full Symposium Registration Fee (Value: $175.00)
Registration includes one ticket to attend the Literacy & Learning Symposium Awards Banquet on Thursday evening
Note: The bursary does not include travel and/or accommodation expenses.

There are only a few bursaries remaining! You can apply for a Board Bursary by filling out this form. Successful applicants will receive a coupon code for a free registration within 24 hours, in order to meet the Symposium registration deadline.

Just a reminder Symposium Registration Deadline is tomorrow - Friday, September 13th.
